Hooi

For the coffee/lunch bar HOOI in Utrecht i made the interior out of sandblasted pinewood. For the first time i used this technique in public space. The matte lacquered pinewood has an interesing contrast with the black trespa desktop and toeboard.

Nice to know: almost all material is recycled. The neighbours threw out their old floor...we gave it a second life. Thank you neighbour!
