HOOI
for the new coffee/lunch bar HOOI in utrecht i made the interior out of sandblasted pinewood.
for the first time i used this technique in public space.
the matte lacquered pinewood has an interesing contrast with the black trespa top and toeboard.
nice to know, quite all the used material is recycled material of the neighbours. they threw out their old floor...we gave it a second chance. thank you.
